One dino, staying up late to observe the stars, gives us this account. "I heard a loud rumbling noise coming from the north. I looked in that direction and it looked like the stars were going out. Then I felt the wind coming up and realized it was a dust storm. I ran for cover as I felt pebbles and dust stinging my back. I ran to my house and took shelter there. After the dust storm I got these photos, before the wind blew the dust away."

Dino-opolis Dust Storm
Dino-opolis recently experienced its first dust storm ever. No one knows much about it, because it struck in the middle of the night, while all the dinos were supposed to be sleeping.

Farm Business
These photos show two of the many flourishing farms in the Dino-opolis hill country. We're lucky to have experienced farmers that grow and sell crops in Dino-opolis.

Above, you see Jan's farm. He visits from Dino-ville. His farm is doing very well!

This shows Pterodactyl Wyatt's farm. It is especially unique because Pterodactyl Wyatt is not just growing moss, he's also growing grass and snowdrops, as well as another plant that has sprung up in his farm, uninvited. Pterodactyl Wyatt has evaluated this volunteer plant and declared it good, because it smells good - minty.

Dino-opolis Hospital
This photo, taken from Pterodactyl Wyatt's helicopter "Firefly", shows an aerial view of the new Dino-opolis Hospital.

This photo shows the hospital's garage. You can see the car, truck, and ambulance on the left. Looking to the right, you see the paramedics with a stretcher.

Here you see part of our elite fire-fighting crew. They're doing drills.

So far, the firefighters have put out two fires and transported one unlucky victim of a boating accident to the hospital. The boater has recovered.
